In this video you will hear from Col. Phil Waldon. He is a retired Information Warfare officer who worked for the U.S. Army. Waldron is an expert on automated voting machines and knows how to “get in and corrupt” the machines.
During the Arizona public hearings on election fraud, Col. Waldron explained that the common software in most all of the systems today operating in the US is a “Smartmatic” derivative.
During his testimony Col. Waldon confirmed experts witnessed Dominion communicating with Frankfurt on Election Day. He also discusses the SCITL server connections and massive data traffic patterns on election night.

Mail in ballots requiring adjudication 296,589
Adjudication is required when a ballot scanner cannot determine one or more votes on a ballot. By law, adjudication must be done by a polling election staff member while being observed by both a Republican and Democrat observer. This did not happen in the vast majority of cases. That means the polling staff member who was conducting the adjudications can change thes vote to candidate they wanted, and nothing could be done to prevent it.
